What is Watermark Studio Pro?

Watermark Studio Pro is a free, browser-based tool that lets you add professional watermarks to your photos without uploading them anywhere. Everything happens right in your browser, so your photos stay 100% private.

Getting Started

Step 1: Load Your Photos

You have two ways to load photos:

Method 1: Drag and Drop
  1. 1. Find the upload zone in the center
  2. 2. Drag photo(s) from your computer
  3. 3. Drop them into the zone
  4. 4. Photos load instantly!
Method 2: Click to Browse
  1. 1. Click "Choose Files" button
  2. 2. Browse your folders
  3. 3. Select one or more photos
  4. 4. Click "Open"

💡 Tip: Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP • File size limit: 50MB per image • You can upload multiple photos at once!

Step 2: View Your Photo

  • • Your photo appears in the main canvas (center area)
  • • A thumbnail appears at the bottom
  • • If you uploaded multiple photos, you'll see all thumbnails
  • • Click any thumbnail to switch between photos

Choosing Your Watermark Type

At the top of the controls panel, you'll see two options:

📝 Text Watermark

Add text like "© 2025 Your Name"

Best for: Copyright notices, signatures, simple branding

Fully customizable: Font, size, color, rotation, shadow, and more

🖼️ Image Watermark

Add a logo, signature image, or graphic

Best for: Company logos, custom designs

Supports: PNG (with transparency) and JPG files

Adding a Text Watermark

Basic Settings

1. Watermark Text

Type your text in the input box. Examples: "© 2025 John Doe", "My Photography", "@username"

2. Font Family

Choose from 10 professional fonts:

• Arial - Clean and modern • Georgia - Elegant serif • Times New Roman - Classic • Courier New - Typewriter • Verdana - Highly readable • Impact - Bold and strong
3. Font Size (10-200)
  • Small (10-30): Subtle watermarks
  • Medium (30-60): Balanced visibility
  • Large (60-120): Bold statements
  • Extra Large (120-200): Full coverage

💡 Tip: Start with 40-50 and adjust

4. Text Color

Click color picker or enter hex code:

  • • White (#FFFFFF) - Works on dark photos
  • • Black (#000000) - Works on light photos
  • • Gray (#808080) - Subtle on most images

Advanced Settings

Opacity (0-100%)

Controls transparency:

  • • 0% - Invisible
  • • 50% - Semi-transparent (recommended)
  • • 100% - Completely solid

💡 Tip: 40-60% prevents watermarks from overwhelming the image

Rotation (-180° to 180°)
  • • 0° - Horizontal (normal)
  • • -45° - Diagonal down-left
  • • 45° - Diagonal up-right
  • • 90° - Vertical

💡 Tip: 35-45° diagonal works great for corners

Text Shadow

Adds shadow for better visibility:

  • Shadow Blur (0-50): How soft the shadow is
  • Shadow Offset X/Y: Shadow position
  • Shadow Color: Shadow color

💡 Tip: Blur: 10, Offset X: 3, Y: 3 for subtle 3D effect

Adding an Image Watermark

Step 1: Upload Your Logo

  1. 1. Click "Upload Logo" button
  2. 2. Select your logo file (PNG recommended)
  3. 3. Logo appears on canvas immediately

Best formats: PNG (transparent backgrounds), JPG, WebP

Step 2: Adjust Logo Settings

  • Logo Size (10-100%): Drag slider to resize
  • Opacity (0-100%): 50-70% recommended for subtle branding
  • Rotation (-180° to 180°): Rotate if needed

💡 Tip: Keep logos at 0° rotation for professional look

Positioning Your Watermark

Manual Positioning (Precise)

  • X Position (0-100%): 0% = Left, 50% = Center, 100% = Right
  • Y Position (0-100%): 0% = Top, 50% = Middle, 100% = Bottom
  • Margin (0-100px): Distance from edges (20-30px recommended)

Watermark Patterns

Create patterns across the entire image for maximum protection:

1. Single (Default)

One watermark at chosen position

Best for: Individual branding

2. Tile Pattern

Grid pattern across entire image

Best for: Stock photos, maximum protection

3. Diagonal Pattern

Diagonal repetition across image

Best for: Artistic protection

Pattern Spacing (50-500px)

  • • 50-100px: Dense pattern (maximum protection)
  • • 200-300px: Balanced pattern (visible but not overwhelming)
  • • 400-500px: Sparse pattern (subtle protection)

Adjusting Your Image

Enhance your photo with built-in filters before adding watermarks:

Brightness (-100 to 100)

Lighten or darken your image

  • • Negative values: Darken (-40 to -80 for very dark photos)
  • • Positive values: Lighten (20-40 for overexposed photos)
  • • 0: Original brightness

Contrast (-100 to 100)

Adjust difference between light and dark

  • • Increase (20-40): For flat or washed out photos
  • • Decrease (10-20): For overly harsh photos
  • • 0: Original contrast

Saturation (-100 to 100)

Control color intensity

  • • -100: Black & white effect
  • • Increase (20-30): For dull colors
  • • Decrease (10-20): For too-intense colors
  • • 0: Original colors

Blend Mode

How watermark blends with image:

  • Normal: Standard overlay (recommended)
  • Multiply: Darkens effect
  • Screen: Lightens effect
  • Overlay: Balanced blend

Small size, low opacity, bottom-right
